Job Fairs

November Fair- Paid and Volunteer roles
Our biggest local hiring initiative hosted at the Blackcomb Daylodge at the base of Blackcomb on October 31st and November 1st from 9 to 5 each day! 
Paid roles: We will be filling both full and part time roles in the areas of Food & Beverage, Guest Services, Retail Rental, Ski School and Operations
Volunteer roles: We are looking for volunteers to work in Food & Beverage, Snow School and Operations.  For those who complete 23 shifts over the course of the season, a season's pass is provided.
Interviews: In Person only - October 31st, and November 1st, 2014

Bar Job Fair
Our 3 bar locations- Merlin's, Dusty's and the GLC (Garibaldi Lift Co) will be hosting a Meet & Greet for those interested in potential employment at one of these locations in Front of House roles for the upcoming winter season.
Jobs: Full and Part Time servers, bartenders, bar porters, door staff and food runners

Returning Staff

All seasonal staff are required to register their intent to return online.

If you are hoping to return to Whistler Blackcomb for the summer 2014 season and/or winter 2014-2015 season into the SAME position you will need to register online, for ALL positions. Summer AND Winter Registration will be March 1st 2014 to April 30th 2014.

If you are hoping to return to Whistler Blackcomb for summer 2014 season and/or Winter 2014-2015 season into a DIFFERENT position you will be required to apply online through our current postings.  Summer postings start in mid May and Winter postings start as early August.

Snow School Sponsorship ONLY


For Snow School Instructors who are hoping to apply to be considered for sponsorship for winter 2014-2015 the application is now closed.

To qualify, applicants must be INTERNAL to Whistler Blackcomb (i.e., be currently employed with Whistler Blackcomb Snow School or have worked with Whistler Blackcomb within the last 18 months) and have the following certification and experience:

Minimum Level 2 CSIA (Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance) or foreign equivalent
Minimum Level 2 CASI (Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructors) of foreign equivalent

A minimum of 750 hours instructing experience (approximately 2 seasons, working full-time hours)

A minimum of one full-time season instructing at Whistler Blackcomb.
