What skills and experience have you gained as a result of working at WB? Endless skills! Learned to ski, telemark and snowboard. I learned customer service in lifts, cold weather tolerance in Snowmaking, completed my Millwright trade in maintenance, managed a million dollar budget, and supervised some of my friends to make sure it all works when needed!

Seasonal Volunteer Positions
Whistler Blackcomb has a number of seasonal volunteer opportunities. Upon being offered a volunteer position, you will be required to commit to 23 days during the winter season, in exchange for a Dual Mountain season pass.
