The following are documents you will receive from Whistler Blackcomb.
Take photocopies of any you are sending away in case they are lost.

HRSDC Confirmation

This confirmation must accompany your application form when you apply at your Mission. Keep a copy, as it may help when entering Canada.

Letter of Offer

This letter must also accompany your application form when you apply at your Mission. Again, keep a copy of this letter, as it may help you when entering Canada.

Welcome Letter

This letter will contain important information to keep in mind as a sponsored instructor, as well as reminder information regarding your SIN, CRC, and HOUSE. 

Applying For Your Visa

Once you receive your documents from Whistler Blackcomb, you should apply for your visa as soon as possible. Regardless of how quickly your visa comes through, your start date will not be prior to December.

Your application fee is $150 CAD. Contact your Mission to find out the easiest way to pay this fee as every country has a different process.

Your application to your Mission should include the following:

• Your immigration application form (see link below)
• Document Checklist
• Your payment or receipt of payment
• Your Letter of Offer of Employment from Whistler Blackcomb
• Your passport (some countries only require copies)
• Your CSIA or CASI certificate (or proof of international equivalent certification).
