Our Minis Program is the biggest and best “learn to ski” program for children ages 3 and 4 years old. One of the reasons for this is we only offer jobs to candidates who have a passion for working with children of that age and have the experience to back it up. Mini’s instructors must be strong skiers and be actively training to take the CSIA level 1 course at some time during their employment with Whistler Kids.

“The Den” is a quiet, safe place where children can go if, for some reason, they need a break from their ski school class. Most visitors to the Den are either sick or tired or really miss their mom and dad. We are looking for caregivers who have a special touch with these young children so they can recover quickly and return to their ski school class as quickly as possible!

Whistler Kids is very proud of our special kids only “Adventure Zones” located around the mountains; a medieval castle tucked deep into the high alpine forest on Blackcomb Mountain, a west coast “treefort” nestled into the high tree-tops on Whistler Mountain, and our numerous learn to ski “terrain gardens” for beginners. These zones are cared for and managed by a team of hard working experts who know the exact recipe for fun! Applicants must be expert skiers or snowboarders and have extensive experience working with children as well as possess a strong physical work ethic.
