A 'Group' includes people travelling together for the same purpose with 15 or more Guests
A Group Leader, Organizer or Destination Management Company must liaise between Whistler Blackcomb and the Group. The Liaison will be responsible for communicating group needs and requirements to the Whistler Blackcomb Sales Team and supply payment for the full group order.

Our Account Executives are specialists in their respective markets. They're professional, knowledgeable and highly experienced about Whistler, Whistler Blackcomb, and all of our available products and services. They've seen it all, and probably a lot you didn't know could happen to a ski lodge.
They will work with you to ensure that your agreement is fair and reflective of your needs, as well as our company goals. Once they're certain you have the space, activities and pricing required, they hand your event and booking over to our Sales Event Coordinators.
The Event Coordinators will look over every aspect of your booking to ensure that all events are smooth and successful. They act as the communicator between your Group Liaison and our Internal Departments. You work with one person who ensures that your event runs seamlessly. Whether that be ensuring tickets are delivered to your hotel for arrival, that the Instructors are meeting you in the lobby for your epic day on the mountain, or that our Catering Team is aware of the man in the blue shirt with the seafood allergy. This team makes it happen!
