The Whistler Blackcomb Season Passholder (the "Passholder") acknowledges that he/she has received and read the Terms and Conditions governing all Whistler Blackcomb Pass products "the Pass" as listed below and hereby agrees that any personalized Pass issued by Whistler Mountain Resort Limited Partnership and Blackcomb Skiing Enterprises Limited Partnership. "Whistler Blackcomb" will be used only as provided in such Terms and Conditions.

Season Passes and EDGE Cards are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person, or to another season. We may however issue a ‘Mountain Credit’ (not a refund) in special cases. These cases are described below:

Injury/Medical – keeps you out of action for the majority of the season (min. 2 months). 

  • Please submit supporting medical documentation stating the nature and date of your injury. 

Transfer out of the region due to employment. (Transfer must be outside of BC/WA area.) 

  • Please forward a letter from your new employer stating the date you commenced employment. 

Receiving a complimentary or contractual Pass through Whistler Blackcomb or other company. 

  • Contact Pass Administration by email.

Agreement and acceptance of these terms will be indicated by the purchase and use of your Pass.



Terms And Conditions

  • All prices are subject to change.
  • Your Pass is for your personal use only. It is not transferable and is not available for resale.
  • A $500 fine will apply if anyone is caught using your Pass whether you are aware of the misuse or not. You are liable for any misuse while the pass is not in your possession unless you have already reported your Pass lost/stolen prior to the misuse. In addition to the fine, you may lose your Pass privileges.
  • Respect the mountains. Respect others. Respect yourself. Any breach may lead to removal from the mountain and loss of Pass privileges.
  • You are responsible for reporting if your Pass gets lost, stolen or damaged right away. If you lose your Pass or forget your Pass at home you can visit any Guest Services office who, upon presentation of valid ID, can reprint your pass for a charge of $10
  • For security reasons you will be required to show valid photo ID when you pick up your Pass.
  • You must have your Pass on you at all times when accessing Whistler Blackcomb – no exceptions.
  • You must abide by the Alpine Responsibility Code at all times. Any breach may lead to temporary or permanent loss of privileges.
  • Whistler Blackcomb reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to amend the Terms and Conditions of membership in the Season Pass Program.

Cancellation Policy

Please note Seasons Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable and are to be used within the season they were purchased. Any exceptions to this rule are at the discretion of Whistler Blackcomb and applicable usage and administration fees will apply. Full Cancellation Policy.

The Serious Stuff

Whistler Blackcomb would like to once again remind you that most beginner runs are designated as SLOW ZONES. In these areas, skiing and riding speeds must be kept at the average flow of the skiers and riders on the trail; jumps and hits are not permitted in these zones.

We have put fencing and marking in these areas so that you are aware you are entering a Slow Zone. This allows all levels of ability to share these areas safely. Our Mountain Safety Team members will periodically monitor Slow Zones.

Courtesy and concern for other mountain users will prevail! Reckless, irresponsible and/or discourteous skiing or riding on ANY part of the mountain may result in the loss of lift privileges. Know the code: SKI AND RIDE WITH CARE.
