|Bib Distribution||The morning of the race at Merlins at the base of the Wizard lift - 8-8:30 am|

Optional Second run: 12:00 pm
|Awards||Racers will be issued their awards tickets once they have completed their race runs and handed in their bibs. Awards to take place at the Chateau Whistler from 4:30-6pm. Additional awards tickets can be pre-purchased when registering your team with Event Department. 604.905.2039.|
