Whether it’s a day or two skiing in the mountains, riding in the bike park, or an exclusive dinner a top Whistler Mountain, our dedicated sales team can provide you with the information you need to create a special and memorable trip to Whistler.
Our Group Sales Team will work with you from the time you book, until the time you return home. Our Account Executives will ensure you have everything you need, and our Sales Event Coordinators will walk you through your booking and event to ensure every detail is met.
Food & Beverage
We are able to accommodate group sizes from 50 to 1600. Our 2 mountain top venues and 3 valley venues each offer very unique settings, a wide arrange of gourmet cuisine created and overseen by our Executive Catering Chef, and serviced by our dedicated Catering Department. Exquisite and professional service is our goal, and we aim to exceed your expectations.

From a day on the slopes, or a day in the Bike Park Whistler Blackcomb has something to offer every one, of every ability, every season. We can customize your day on Whistler Blackcomb to suit your groups needs, requirements, timing and abilities. Some guests in your group may choose to ski, and others may play in the Coca Cola Tube Park. Simply let our team know what you need, and we’ll work with you to ensure everyone has a fantastic time.
