Roundhouse Lodge |
The Roundhouse Lodge is located at a spectacular 6,069ft/1,850m above sea level at the top of the Whistler Village Gondola on Whistler Mountain. No group program in Whistler is complete without an unforgettable day or evening event at the Roundhouse Lodge.
This venue can accommodate up to 900 guests for a buffet style dinner, up to 1,500 guests for a reception style event, and up to 250 guests for a plate service event. Exclusive evening events are available year-round during regularly scheduled operating dates. Non-exclusive daytime functions such as breakfasts, lunches and après are also available in both winter and summer.

| 6:38pm | Arrive at mid-station: As the gondola doors open and you travel through the station, a server will step onto the gondola and serve a cold or hot beverage to be enjoyed for the remainder of the ride to the Roundhouse Lodge. |

The Roundhouse Lodge is accessed by the Whistler Village Gondola. The Whistler Village Gondola is located in the heart of Whistler's pedestrian village. Most hotels are located within an easy five-to-eight-minute walk.
On average, it takes 25 minutes via Gondola to reach the Roundhouse Lodge from the Village. Gondola cabins can accommodate up to 10 passengers each, but for private evening events the average is six people per cabin.
The Gondola and Roundhouse Lodge are fully wheelchair accessible.
There are three large outdoor decks , the smallest of which is a covered deck. The decks feature breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valley. The Glacierview room features a built-in stage and views of Blackcomb Mountain.

Children are always welcome! They love to ride the Gondola and can keep an eye out for bears grazing below in the summer. If you have a large number of younger guests in your group, a special buffet can be set up for them complete with a sundae bar. We can also arrange for Whistler Kids counselors to be on site to add a special touch to their evening.
