Big Mountain and Park & Pipe

This off shoot of The Freeride Club is for athletes looking to take Freeriding to the next level. They will still be involved in all aspects of the Freeride Club but will also have the opportunity to travel and compete in 2 big mountain competitions. In 2011-12 the Team compete at Red Mountain, BC in January and Crystal Mountain, WA in March.

Skiers must have spent at least one year in The Freeride Club AND be recommended by the coaches. For children younger than 13 check with your coaches for suitability for the program.

Price includes all coaching while at Whistler Blackcomb, a full Whistler Blackcomb seasons pass, coaching while away at competitions and time spent for coaches organizing events, travel and accommodation. Price does not include event fees, lift tickets at other resorts, accommodation, travel costs, food. Coaches costs for accommodation, travel and food are divided among the participants.

A large amount of commitment from the athletes, parental time and support and finances is needed for this program. For more information and cost details from last year please contact your child's coach.
