Whistler Blackcomb Live allows you to view the number of days and scans on your Season Pass or EDGE Card. Use your existing eStore Pass or Card login for whistlerblackcomb.com to access this information in the mobile app. If you need assistance to look up, reset your account password or to create a new account

Can I use this mobile app instead of my pass?
No. While the pass has mobile ticketing capabilities, this feature is still in a testing phase with staff only. You still need a lift ticket, EDGE Card or Pass to access Whistler Blackcomb.
What devices is this app compatible with?
iPhone- the app is compatible with iPhone 3GS (with iOS 4.0 upgrade), iPhone 4, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), and iPad.
Android – The app requires Android version 2.2 and above.
When is a Blackberry app going to be released?
Blackberry customers are important to us. We are currently working on a Blackberry app solution, however there is no ETA. Our mobile website is currently compatible with most Blackberry devices:

Will there be support for the iPhone 3?
We are currently looking at support options for the iPhone 3. Please stay tuned for updates.
What user name and password can I use to log into my app?
If you have purchased a product from Whistler Blackcomb before, you can log into the Whistler Blackcomb application with your eStore user name and password.

I've logged-in as a Guest. How do I sign back in with my eStore Account information?
From the Guest Pass screen, click on the white gear icon:
This will return you to the sign-in page.
How do I navigate with the Live Bars?
The lower section of the screen is the "Live Bar" zone. This allows you to navigate through the available pages (left and right). When you find a page that you're looking for, simply swipe "UP" to expand that page. Be sure to swipe in that lower Live Bar zone to make this work. Once you swipe "UP" the page becomes active and all the content can be seen.
The GPS does not seem to be very accurate
Tip:
Set the "Altitude Change" slider to 20m or even 25m. This can be found by clicking on the white gear icon from the Run Tracking screen:
If you're a fast skier or rider, this setting should help. Especially if you're covering plenty of vertical.
What features does Whistler Blackcomb Live include?
Whistler Blackcomb's official app, powered by TELUS gives you real-time mountain information direct from Whistler Blackcomb - lift status, weather, groomed runs, webcams and more. Skiers and riders will be able to track their runs using GPS, view trail maps, track total vertical and distance by run and day. With the app you can connect with friends via Twitter and Facebook. Plus, there will be exclusive offers for TELUS subscribers.
