New to Parks & Pipes?

Whistler Blackcomb provides progressively sized Freestyle Terrain, including Parks and Pipes. If you are new to the sport, for your safety and the safety of others, you should not enter or use any freestyle terrain until you are a competent skier/rider on all trails. You should be able to jump and land using natural terrain features outside the parks and pipes before attempting any freestyle terrain.

Once you are ready to use freestyle terrain, ensure you are familiar with the Freestyle Terrain Park Rating System.

Start with the Terrain Garden on Blackcomb. Then head over to the Habitat Park on Whistler Mountain. When you are confident of your skills, try the Nintendo Park and finally, the Highest Level on Blackcomb. If you go through this suggested park progression, you will have used all levels starting with S and ending at XL rated features.
