Payment and Cancellation Policies

Crystal Lodge

• 1 night room (no tax) deposit is charged at the time of reservation.
• Full payment is charged 30 days prior to expected arrival date.
• Full payment is charged for all reservations made within 30 days of expected arrival date.
• Cancellation outside of 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the 1 night deposit.
• Cancellation within 30 days/ 1 month of arrival will forfeit the full amount.
• Once full payment has been taken, no refunds will be given if all or any part of reservation is cancelled, either before arrival date or during the stay.
• No shows are regarded as a cancellation and the hotel will retain the full payment previously taken.

Fairmont Chateau Whistler

• Cancellations made outside of 30 days of arrival are allowed with no penalty.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are 100% non refundable.
• No shows and early departures are regarded as a cancellation and the hotel will retain the full payment previously taken.

Four Seasons Resort Whistler

• Full pre-payment is taken 30 days prior arrival and is non-refundable.
• Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the entire amount. Same applies for no-show.
• No penalty for reservations cancelled outside 30 days prior to arrival.

ResortQuest Whistler (Cascade Lodge)

• ResortQuest charges a 6% Resort Fee on all bookings.
• One night's room rate plus entire 6% Resort Fee (plus applicable taxes) is charged as a deposit at the time of booking and is completely non-refundable.
• Balance is automatically charged to the guest's credit card 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
• Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival will forfeit deposit.
• Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount.
• The guest is responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of the guest's actual arrival or departure.

Westin Resort and Spa Whistler

• Full payment is taken 2 days prior to expected arrival date and is non-refundable.
• Full payment is charged at the time of booking for all reservations made within 2 days of expected arrival.
• Cancellations made more than 2 days prior to arrival will have no penalty.
• Cancellations made within 2 days prior of expected arrival will forfeit the entire amount.

Aava Whistler Hotel

• Full payment is taken  days prior to expected arrival date and is non-refundable.
• Full payment is charged at the time of booking for all reservations made within 14 days of expected arrival.
• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival are subject to the first night room and tax charge.
• Cancellations made within 14 days prior of expected arrival will forfeit the entire amount.

Whistler Blackcomb

• A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
• Full payment is taken at time of reservation.
• Cancellation outside of 3 days of start date will forfeit $25 CAD administration fee per ticket.
• Cancellation inside of 3 days will forfeit full payment.

Whistler Film Festival

• A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
• Full payment is taken at time of reservation.
• Cancellations and no shows will forfeit full payment.
• Reserved seating will be in the first few rows of the theatre, seating is on a first come, first-served basis and will be identified by reserved seating signage.

Applicable Taxes

• Hotels – 14.24% total (2% Hotel Tax applied first, followed by 12% HST)
• Lift Tickets – 12% HST
• Whistler Film Festival – 12% HST

Other Applicable Fees

• Intrawest Central Reservations charges a $20 booking fee
