I spoke with Jenni Tom. She was over the top informative helping us get the best deals on everything we could imagine. She was courteous, efficient and most of all, I felt she did the majority of the booking. I've spent countless calls with her discussing the best lessons for our kids and her recommendations on skiing and snowboarding for our teenage son (as we aren't as familiar with the later). I not only decided to do my bookings with her rather than arranging directly with some of the sources, but she also helped do the bookings for my sister-in-law and her family who are meeting us there.

Usually, dealing with reservations over the phone is frustrating because the agent is rude, not knowledgeable or not willing to patiently go over all the options.
