  • Must contact our call centre within 48 hours of booking your reservation to make a claim under The Best Price Guarantee. The lower rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us, as determined by our customer service representatives.

The Perfect Vacation

We have dedicated Customer Care Supervisors available all hours of operation to assist you in the event that your vacation is not as promised.

Hotel Amenities: Where possible we'll contact you prior to travel when we learn of a change to a feature or amenity promised by your hotel. Upon arrival, if you find an amenity is not as described on our website--for example the pool is closed--contact us and we will find an alternative option to suit your needs.

Upgrades: If you arrive to find that your mountain view is of something different than what you booked, call us immediately, and we will work with the hotel to rectify the situation.

Overbooking: On the chance that the hotel experiences an overbooking, we will work directly with the hotel to get you a room in that hotel or a comparable one at no extra charge to you. Any upgrades, however, will be at your own expense.
