Kids Rentals

Kids rental gear is developed for children 12 and under. Kids rentals come in various lengths and sizes to accommodate the tiniest boarders. Snowboard Set includes board, boots.

Helping You

Can I pick up my rentals the day before?
Yes - Pick-up your equipment after 4 pm the night before your first rental day and avoid the morning rush.

Where do I pick up my equipment?
At the time of booking (online & call center) you will be prompted to choose to pick up the equipment at one of the following locations:

What time are the rental locations open until in the evenings?
Opening day to Dec 15 – 6pm
Dec 15th to April 9th – 9pm
April 10th to Closing day – 6pm

Can I store my rental equipment overnight at the base of the mountain?
Yes. We offer equipement storage conveniently located @ Whistler Village base, Blackcomb Base and outside the Roundhouse, Glacier Creek and Rendezvous mountain top restaurants.

Can I reserve a specific type or ski or snowboard? Yes, however only when renting the high pro models. Once you have chosen to book a high pro model, you will be prompted to choose a model or you can leave the preference blank & choose once you arrive in resort.

Can I trade my snowboard set in for a ski set (or vice versa) if I want to switch? Yes, simply return your rental to the location you picked it up at & we will be more than happy to help. Or try a Park specific ski, on those powder days grab a fat ski, mix it up.

Do you offer Ski Clothing and Accessories?
Yes we do –if you are completely new to the sport you may want to consider renting a ski jacket and pants to keep you warm and dry.  We also advise you rent a Helmet, and offer a flat rate – no matter how many days you rent for.

How do I make ski or snowboard rental reservations?

*Reservations are recommended, especially for weekends, holidays and other busy times.

What do I need as proof of payment to pick up my rentals?
All you need is a form of identification & your Confirmation Number.

*In order to take advantage of our pre-booked equipment rental discount offer, either on-line or via the call center, all reservations must be completed 3 full days prior to your arrival date.

How to Book

1. Review Equipment - select 'Reserve Now'.
2. Select Date of your intended arrival and number of adults/children in your party - select 'Search'.
3. Select a Waiver (optional) for the days you require to rent equipment (it's the best option to secure your gear and save you incurring the expense of repairs).
4. Select your chosen rental and day length - scroll down to 'Add selected Items to My Plan'.
5. Review your plan - scroll to bottom and 'Book Now' saving up to 33% from in-store prices [if you book before Nov 15th].
