Damage waiver protects the customer against all charges that may occur if the bike is returned damaged.

Note: Damage Waiver does not cover lost or stolen equipment. Never leave your rental equipment unattended. Always lock or store rental equipment in suitable storage facilities.

Why do I want Damage Waiver?

The bikes you are renting are worth over $5,500. They are comprised of many expensive parts that can be damaged in the event of a spill. You can avoid costly parts replacements by purchasing damage waiver for only $25.

The costs associated with replacing those parts will be assessed at their retail value. By refusing damage waiver the renter assumes responsibility for all costs associated with replacing broken parts.

Villas/Condos	These independently owned and unique properties may not include all the amenities of a hotel and will vary from unit to unit. The star rating should be used as a guideline for general comparison.

Our star ratings are based on many factors including, but not limited to, accommodations, facilities, services, price and overall quality. These star ratings are updated as frequently as possible but cannot be guaranteed accurate. They are intended only as a guide to help with your vacation planning decisions.

Condominium	Condominiums range from 3 to 4 star ratings and are multi-storey properties with numerous units and a wide range of amenities. Units within a condominium are generally self-contained with their own kitchen and laundry facilities, have a central check-in, common area entrance, and facilities.
Home	Home's include large detached privately owned houses outside of the main villages. They typically sit on their own private property with no central check-in or front desk and have limited amenities. They generally offer a 4 or 5 star rating and are entirely self-contained.
Hotel	Hotels vary from 3 to 5 star ratings and generally have a central check-in, front desk and concierge services. Depending on the property's star rating, hotels will also have a wider range of amenities including pool, hot tubs, restaurants and spas.
Lodge	Lodges range from 3 to 4 star ratings with numerous units and a wide range of amenities. Units within a lodge are usually self contained with their own kitchen and laundry facilities, have a central check-in and common area entrance and amenities such as a pool and hot tub.
Small Mountain Inn	Small Mountain Inns include Bed & Breakfast’s and small properties with few rooms and limited amenities.
Townhome	Townhomes include multi-unit developments of semi-detached units with private entrances. Townhomes are self-contained with private kitchen and laundry facilities, private entrances and common amenities such as pool or hot tubs.
