Damage Waiver

For as little as $4.00 per day, protect yourself from costs of damage to our rental gear by purchasing in advance our 'Damage Waiver Protection Plan'.

Forget about the worry of damage caused by hidden rocks and debris while skiing or riding. Purchase this protection before you ride and all the little nicks, cuts and core shots will be taken care of by our Tuning Centres. (Does not include damage caused by reckless skiing/riding. Please ski or ride inbounds).

Please note: damage waiver does not cover the cost of lost or stolen rental equipment. Protect yourself and your vacation happiness... never leave equipment unattended, always lock up your gear, take advantage of free nightly storage of Whistler Blackcomb high performance gear and online rental gear at every mountain base.

Please note: storage is for skis and poles only. In order to have warm, dry boots for your ski day, we ask that you take your boots home with you each night.

Star Ratings
Our selection of accommodations have been rated and assigned stars to help make your travel decisions easier. The star categories are as follows:
Luxury accommodations for the sophisticated traveler. Typically offering complete personal service, deluxe surroundings and the highest standards of comfort with the most extensive facilities and services.
 
Superior accommodations geared toward the discriminating traveler offering excellent hospitality and customer service. They may offer a wider range of amenities and services.
 
Comfortable accommodations offering above average facilities and services with amenities.
 
Modest accommodations suitable for those seeking value over atmosphere. They may offer limited on-site facilities and services.
 
Economy accommodations geared to the budget traveler. They are clean, basic and offer minimal facilities and services.
 
Indicates an accommodation choice that falls between full-star ratings.
 
Villas/Condos These smaller properties may not include all the amenities of a hotel. The star rating should be used as a guideline for general comparison.
 
Our star ratings are based on many factors including, but not limited to, accommodations, facilities, services, price and overall quality. These star ratings are updated as frequently as possible but cannot be guaranteed accurate. They are intended only as a guide to help with your vacation planning decisions.

Condominium Condominiums range from 3 to 4 star ratings and are multi-storey properties with numerous units and a wide range of amenities. Units within a condominium are generally self-contained with their own kitchen and laundry facilities, have a central check-in, common area entrance, and facilities.
Home Home's include large detached privately owned houses outside of the main villages. They typically sit on their own private property with no central check-in or front desk and have limited amenities. They generally offer a 4 or 5 star rating and are entirely self-contained.
Hotel Hotels vary from 3 to 5 star ratings and generally have a central check-in, front desk and concierge services. Depending on the property's star rating, hotels will also have a wider range of amenities including pool, hot tubs, restaurants and spas.
Lodge Lodges range from 3 to 4 star ratings with numerous units and a wide range of amenities. Units within a lodge are usually self contained with their own kitchen and laundry facilities, have a central check-in and common area entrance and amenities such as a pool and hot tub.
Small Mountain Inn Small Mountain Inns include Bed & Breakfast’s and small properties with few rooms and limited amenities.
Townhome Townhomes include multi-unit developments of semi-detached units with private entrances. Townhomes are self-contained with private kitchen and laundry facilities, private entrances and common amenities such as pool or hot tubs.
