In the Squamish area there are five major fishable rivers with three more to the north of Whistler. Many alpine lakes near Whistler are easily accessed by four wheel drive and also hold Rainbow Trout, Cutthroat and Dolly Varden. Whistler River Adventures practices "Catch & Release". Full day trips provide a hearty lunch and beverage.
