Description
Taking place in the heart of nature, the Scandinavian baths experience with all its resulting benefits occurs in three stages: hot, cold, and relax. Each sequence takes about 25-30 minutes and should be repeated 3 to 4 times for maximum results. The whole experience will normally take 2-3 hours.
This package includes access to the Scandinavian baths and a 60 minute Swedish massage.
This package includes access to the Scandinavian baths and a 60 minute deep tissue massage. Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and connective tissue. The massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as a Swedish massage, but the pressure is more intense and often more focused as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension of knots. This type of treatment is often used for chronically tense areas such as the neck, lower back and shoulders.
