Description

This beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom multi-level townhouse is conveniently located less than a two minute walk to the slopes on Blackcomb Mountain. The main living area is located on the second floor - a spacious and open space with gourmet kitchen including granite counters and stainless steel appliance, a large dining table suitable for 6 to 8 people, and a cozy living room with large stone fireplace and 32" LCD TV. There is a large balcony with forest and mountain views. In-suite washer/dryer. The first of the 2 bedrooms on the ground floor has a queen bed and the second bedroom is ideal for children and singles as it has two sets of sturdy wooden bunks. There is also a full bathroom and a mud room. The master suite is located on the third floor and includes a queen bed, a television, large windows with forest views, and full ensuite bathroom. The private 6-person hot tub is located on the ground floor patio and is accessed through the bunk room. There is free underground parking for one vehicle. Limited visitor parking may be available but is not guaranteed. The ski in/out trail is a 2 minute walk across the street. The free Village shuttle stop is less than a 3 minute away and will take guests to the lifts and Village in under 6 minutes. Golf is less than a 17 minute walk away and the lifts and Village are less than a 15 minute walk away.

Bedding in the unit consists of 2 queen beds and 2 sets of twin bunk beds. Maximum occupancy is 8. Approx. 1400 sq ft.
