Blackcomb Greens #39 is situated all on one level with a spacious open concept living room, dining room and kitchen area. The living room offers a wood burning fireplace, flat screen television and floor to ceiling windows for lots of natural light. There is a large dining room table and access to a ground floor patio with BBQ off the dining area. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, range and full size fridge and comes well equipped with most of the comforts of home. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and private ensuite bathroom with the second bedroom also having a queen sized bed with bathroom access off the hallway. There is also a sofa bed in the living area giving this property the ability to sleep up to six people. The unit also has a washer and dryer and other benefits of the complex include free secure parking and access to a year round common area hot tub.

Bedding in the unit consists of 2 queen beds and a queen sofa bed. Maximum occupancy is 6. Approx. 1200 sq ft.
