Condominium	Condominiums range from 3 to 4 star ratings and are multi-storey properties with numerous units and a wide range of amenities. Townhome	Townhomes include multi-unit developments of semi-detached units with private entrances. Townhomes are self-contained with private kitchen and laundry facilities, private entrances and common amenities such as pool or hot tubs.
