From central and convenient to quiet and tucked away - fresh local ingredients, healthy meal options, international flavours and sustainability are the focus at Whistler Blackcomb. Hikers and sightseers can work up an appetite taking in the alpine splendor before tucking into a delicious spread at one of the mountain-top restaurants . The Mountain Top BBQ Series feature live music and a breathtaking alpenglow sunset at 6,000 feet; Christine's continues to evolve its menu by serving gourmet comfort food; and the select Winemaker Dinners feature BC’s best wines paired with locally-sourced culinary delights.

Join us every Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening at the Roundhouse Lodge on Whistler Mountain for an incredible, mountain-top BBQ experience with live music. Just ride up the Whistler Village Gondola and enjoy mouth-watering BBQ, fresh salads and delicious desserts at 1800 m/6000 ft. Whether you dine inside or on our scenic patio, it’s great for the whole family.

A word from our Executive Chef, Wolfgang Sterr

From serving up to 700 guests daily at our Fresh Tracks Mountain Top Breakfast, to our farm to table Winemakers Après events, there is never a dull moment for the team in white at Whistler Blackcomb.

Respecting the environment is very important to me which is why I use every moment possible as a leader in this company to instill environmental stewardship in our employees. Building relationships with local suppliers and producers in Pemberton, Vancouver, and the Fraser Valley is key to the success of our restaurants. We have also embraced the Ocean Wise program run by the Vancouver Aquarium and are committed to supporting their initiatives towards sustainability.

Over the past couple of winters at Whistler Blackcomb we have refined our dietary options and developed a program to highlight vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and sodium reduced menu options for our guests. My goal is to get away from the “ski hill food mentality” and move to a fresher and healthier menu selection. We want to provide fresh and healthy dishes to fuel our many guests during their amazing days on the mountain.
