The Student Pass is a Whistler Blackcomb Season Pass available exclusively to full-time pre-approved BC and WA college
or university students between the ages of 17 - 29 years old. With a Student Pass, students can ski or ride for the entire winter season, with the exception of December 27-30, 2012. Over 29 years old? Check out our EDGE Card or Unlimited Season Pass.

Who is Eligible
- Any student who is considered full time by a pre-approved accredited public or private post secondary school in British Columbia or Washington State.
- Student must be enrolled for either the fall or winter semester in full-time studies - minimum 3 courses or, in the case of a student with a disability, the minimum number of courses to be considered full-time by the post-secondary institution.
- Students age 17-29 years old, at time of purchase, no exceptions.
- Distance education and Co-op courses not eligible
- Required documentation:
- Course Curriculum (with Student ID printed on it, not handwritten)
- Student ID Card
- Valid Government Issued Photo ID with birthdate

What are the restrictions?
- Valid for the 2012-2013 winter season, with the exception of December 27-30, 2012 inclusive (an add on of $125 can be purchased to ski during those 4 days).
- Pass expires for skiing/riding as of May 20, 2013 (valid for summer sightseeing until October 7, 2013).
- Pass is non-transferable and non-refundable. There is a $500 fraud fine for anyone whose pass is caught being used fraudulently.
- Passholders must abide by the Whistler Blackcomb Passholder Agreement and Alpine Responsibility Code.
- Student Passes can only be purchased online – they are not available for sale at Whistler Blackcomb Guest Relations office or by phone.

Where do I pick up my pass?
RENEWING PASSHOLDERS
Your pass from any previous season (EDGE Card, Bike Park or Season Pass) can be reactivated. After purchasing your pass online, please e-mail copies of your:
- Course Curriculum (with Student ID printed on it, not handwritten)
- Student ID Card
- Valid Government Issued Photo ID with birthdate.
NEW PASSHOLDERS
After purchasing your pass online, you can pick up your pass at UBC or in Whistler.
Visit the UBC SUB building on November 8, 2012 from 9am to 4pm to collect your pass. When purchasing your pass online, select the Will-Call option and upload your Pass photo, so we can pre-print your pass for quick and easy pick-up. Available to all students, not just UBC students.
Visit any Whistler Blackcomb Guest Relations location. The best time to pick up your pass is before 9am or after 4pm. Hours of operations
