As our Guest Relations offices can be busy especially mornings 8 am -11 am, we would like to inform our Season Pass and Edge Card holders of the best times and available offices to pick up your pass or edge card.
Please note that our Village Guest Relations office can be our busiest office for Season pass and Edge card pick up.

Pass Pick-up Rules and Regulations
Seasons Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. They are valid during the season for which they were purchased. Vaild Photo ID with birthdate required for Pass pick-up. Age identification (Care Card or Birth certificate) required for children. Parent Pass can only be purchased in conjunction with a Child Pass. *Midweek Pass not valid on weekends or Dec 27-30, 2007. Any exceptions to these rules are at the discretion of Whistler Blackcomb and applicable usage and administration fees will apply. Full Cancellation Policy.
