Whistler Kids Pass Programs

Our Club programs are designed specifically for local children to provide them with the best mountain learning experience. Join us for a season filled with lots of skiing and riding, new friends, fun events and memories that will last a lifetime.

All program passes include unlimited daily lift access outside of the program dates, and the option to purchase additional days and Holiday Adventure Camps at a special rate.

SPRING RENEWAL

We will be offering a Spring Renewal this season for all Club programs for the following children:
  • Any child registered in a 08.09 program
  • Any sibling of a child registered in a 08.09 program
  • Any child who was on a waitlist for the 08.09 season
Spring Renewal will go on sale on Monday April 6, 2009 at 7.30am. Enrolment will be limited for all programs and will sell out fast so be sure to BOOK EARLY. Spring Renewal will be available until May 31 2009. Regular Pass Sales will begin again during the first week in September.

Spring Renewal will be sold at the Early Bird Rate and a $100 refundable deposit will be required for each child for every program they are booking into. The remainder of the cost will be charged to your credit card on September 1, 2009, unless you make a payment in advance of this date.

Please note that enrolment will be limited on most of the 2009.10 programs. Enrolment levels are restricted due to limitations on our facilities. Programs will be sold on a first come, first served basis so once a program has sold out there will be no more spaces available. It will not be possible to register late. Please make use of our Spring Renewal on Monday April 6, 2009 to avoid disappointment. Programs will sell out fast so book early!

Things you might like to know about our programs:

  • Book early! Availability is limited for some programs and we do sell out.
  • Spring renewal registration begins April 6, 2009 at 7:30am until May 31, 2009 for all programs.
  • Groups are organized according to age and ability.
  • Team-based: similar ability/age groups are matched to create a team of children and coaches.
  • All programs are full-day.
  • Lunch is included for children aged 3-12 years, ability 1-6. Please note, lunch is not included for the Roundhouse programs.
  • Children must have all their own equipment for all programs.
  • Programs are offered at a variety of locations. Creekside location will not be available during the Olympic season.
  • All abilities are welcome, from beginners right through to advanced and expert skiers and riders. It is recommended that beginners participate in our daily destination program prior to the first day of their Club program. The additional day rate is available as soon as you have purchased a pass and the destination programs begin.
  • Additional days in the daily destination program are available at the special rate of $45. Lunch is included.
  • Children must be the minimum program age by December 31, 2009. Sorry, no exceptions. Valid ID is required to pick up all passes (birth certificate, passport or Care Card)
  • Whistler Kids Programs are NOT refundable. However, there are some circumstances, such as an injury, when we might be able to issue you a credit. Please note, for any credit request, a cancellation fee of $50 will be applied, and usage rates will be charged for lessons attended and days skied. Please note refunds are not available for illness or missed days including days missed due to the Olympics.
  • Remember to hold on to last year’s season pass! Once you renew for this winter your child can head straight to their program and avoid a trip to Guest Relations plus save on pass reprint fees.
  • Make sure we’ve got your current phone number and Email address. Before your program starts please ensure that all your contact information is correct. We will use this information in case of an emergency (phone numbers) and to email you upcoming event information (parents’ email addresses added to your child’s profile please).
