Deraylor Music Festival: August 11-13, 2010
Deraylor Music Festival is Whistler's premiere summer music entertainment that accompanies the world-class mountain bike festival, Kokanee Crankworx. This year, Deraylor is happening from August 11 to 13 and features over 40 artists from around the world.

SAINT Deep Summer Photo Challenge: August 11, 2010
The SAINT Deep Summer Photo Challenge is back for 2010 with an unbelievable list of confirmed photographers. Joining defending champion Mattias Fredriksson are: Paul Morrison, Sterling Lorence and Jordan Manley. A fifth pro photographer will be invited, and a wildcard entry, determined through pinkbike.com will come together with these confirmed photographers in an epic battle for photo supremacy on Wednesday, August 11, 2010.

Beatrice Cheese Rolling: August 14, 2010
Beatrice Cheese Rolling Returns to Whistler on August 14th, 2010 Strong, bold and a bit nutty, the Canadian Cheese Rolling Festival is all set to go at Whistler Blackcomb Mountain this summer. Canadian cheese rolling is a gentler version of the whacky UK tradition. On August 14th, contestants will run after a giant 11- pound wheel of Canadian cheese made by Natural Pastures of British Columbia.
Last year's event was such a success that Dairy Farmers of Canada is bringing back the crazy kookiness of Cheese Rolling for Canadian families to enjoy. Cheese-loving, adventurous Canadians will race down Blackcomb Mountain from noon to 4:00 p.m. after the coveted wheel of BC cheese in hopes of winning the title of Cheese Rolling Champion. Both the male and female winners get to keep the cheese wheel and a one-year Whistler Blackcomb ski pass.
