Masters and Recreational Races

Due to time and space constraints, there are no masters races scheduled for 2010. 

These races are geared towards both the recreational and experienced/competitive racer.

Registration

Registration prior to event day is through Whistler Blackcomb Guest Relations or Ski School Sales or by calling the Reservation Centre at 1.800.766.0449.
Event day registration and bib distribution will be available from 8:30-9:45am in the pick-up locations designated above.
Entry fee

$25 (GST included) for pre-registered competitors.
$30 (GST included) if you wait until race day to register on hill.

Classes for February 21/22 races

There will be two divisions for the February 21/22 race only:
MASTERS DIVISION for competitive racers with a regional, provincial or National Alpine association membership and who may be racing for points: a two-run combined time format.  (Whistler Mountain Ski Club information on how to join the club and association - memberships must be arranged in advance of participation and are not available through Whistler Blackcomb or on the day of the race)

RECREATIONAL DIVISION for racers or those who do not have Association memberships and/or who are not looking for race points : these classes run after the masters classes each run, format is still two runs combined time.   There are no clothing or equipment restrictions.

Age categories apply in both divisions. Competitors must be at least 19 years old.

Start time 10:30am first run; second run start times will be announced on race day.
Awards Daily video playback, draw prizes and awards starts at 4:00 pm. Location: Whistler Mountain Ski Club.
Prizes All participants present at awards are eligible for great draw prizes, including a pair of Atomic skis.
