An alpine fiesta awaits you, starting with hearty breakfast burritos and eggs any way you like them! Our full colours appear at lunch with sizzling and satisfying fajitas, enchiladas, quesadillas, and our famous white bean chili. A cozy Canadiana log cabin perched on the mountainside featuring our famous waffles and a variety of comfort foods cooked to order in a wood-burning oven. Barbecues on sunny days and a special dining experience everyday. Ask about our special evening guided snowmobile adventure tours to Crystal Hut that include a cheese fondue. Located in the Carleton Lodge, the EBCB features Seattle's Best Coffee® and is the home of the "Egg and Ride" breakfast sandwich, that is sure to get you ready for the days action.
