Online Form (Lift, Ski School & Rentals)


Key pointers when using the Online Form:

  • Do not issue a company or Whistler Blackcomb Voucher to your guest if you have booked online. All your guest needs is the Guest Confirmation printed from online. Issuing vouchers may cause double billing.
  • Online bookings will not be accepted within 56 hours of the First Product Start date. If you are requesting hotel delivery for lift tickets, bookings cannot be accepted within 56 hours of the arrival date.
  • To ensure proper functionality, please ensure the Cookies and Java Script on your computer are enabled.
  • The first ticket that you order represents the head of household. By establishing this will make it easier for you to track the order and for us to fulfill and track the order when the guests are in resort.
  • On the confirmation page you can add your own tracking number in for your reference.
  • Enter mountain product by family, confirm and, then enter a new order for the next family set. The reason for this is for tracking as well an invoice will be created 56 hours to the first product start date in the order, or immediately if you are purchasing via credit card
  • We only have one email available for confirmations so be sure to print out the last page if you need a further record of the transaction.  We are able to have two emails on file: one for confirmations and one for all billing enquiries. If you could confirm back to us what these are it would be helpful to ensure everything is going where it should. If you do not receive a confirmation than the order has not completed. If you are not sure just contact us and we can check for you.


Last Minute Ski School Bookings:

If you need to make a booking for your guest within 24 hours of the program start time, bookings can be made over the phone to our Travel Partner Team with the guests credit card . Please phone 1-866-218-9675.

Please call and say: This is calling from I would like to book Ski School for my guest. Can you please attach < your company Name> to this booking.

This web page and the online booking form is for the use of our Travel Partners that have a signed 2010/2011 winter contract with Whistler Blackcomb. If you have not yet returned your contract to us for this winter, please do so before making a booking.
