KIDS PROGRAM 2018

DFX Ride

DFX RIDE is for riders of an advanced to expert level who want to continue to focus on all aspects of biking – Downhill, Freeride and XC. Groups will ride all over the valley on some of the most challenging and exciting trails Whistler valley has to offer; from Function to Westside to Alpine to Emerald. Some of our favourite trails are Business Time, Microclimate, Pura Vida and Howler. In the park, DFX Ride groups will continue to ride all levels of trails, fine tuning bike handling skills, riding at speed, working on correct jumping, cornering, and dropping technique so they can conquer all that the bike park can throw at them. Some of our favourite trails are Aline, Top of the World, Schleyer, Joyride and No Joke. Our most experienced coaches will continue to work on all areas of skill development that are needed to tackle these high end trails safely. Riders need to be recommended by their previous DFX coach or contact the DFX Supervisor for permission to join the program.
**NEW** Tue/Thurs session drop off will be in Creekside. Spring, Fall and Summer Sundays will remain at Blackcomb Base
