Check In

4:00PM - Details will be sent before arrival with information on how to access the unit.
Check-In Identification - Access to the premises will require the credit card used to secure the reservation and government issued identification to verify the guest that made the reservation. The owner of the credit card on file must be of the minimum age posted in the unit description. The guests whose name is on the reservation must be present at check-in unless organized ahead of time of any additional guests checking in.

Check Out

10:00AM - Vacation rentals may have varying check out procedures regarding removal of garbage and general departure requirements. Please remove all garbage from the unit and run the dishwasher before departure.

Other Policy

Maximum Occupancy - The maximum occupancy capacity is stated in the unit description. Any evidence of additional guests above the maximum capacity will result in immediate termination and removal from the property premises with forfeiture of all payments. Extra Person Charges - None. Maximum occupancy capacity is strictly enforced and guests will be asked to leave the premises with forfeiture of all payments. Minimum Age Requirements - Unless specified under the unit description (some may be 30), the default minimum age is 25 years old. Family groups require adults to be 25+ years old, children and teenagers cannot be left alone in the property without adult supervision. All other groups of guests must be 25+ years of age. Please be aware that guests that do not meet this requirement, will not be granted access upon arrival or asked to leave the vacation rental with forfeiture of all payments. Written Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 46 days or greater prior to the arrival date will forfeit the deposit payment and collected service fees. The balance payment will not be charged. Cancellations made 45 days or less prior to the arrival date will forfeit 100% of the payment. Written Deposit Policy: 25% deposit of the total is taken at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be applied 45 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. Security Deposit/Waiver - Any charges not covered by the rental contract, including but not limited to missing items, property damage, noise violation fines, garbage removal, excessive cleaning, pay-per-view events, long-distance phone calls, will be charged to the credit card used to confirm accommodation. Credit Card Authorization - A credit card will be required for incidental charges and a security deposit. Authorization will be granted to the credit card used to reserve the accommodation and may have a pre-authorization charge between $500.00 - $3000.00 before arrival based on the size of the property – please ensure to contact customer support if your credit card has changed before your arrival.

Pets Policy

No pets allowed - immediate termination of reservation with a forfeiture of all payments, including additional cleaning costs. Parking - Parking fees vary per property, ranging from $15-$27 per night, and are subject to change at any time. Ticketing - Parking information will be provided in your check-in and arrival instructions email. We are not liable for any parking tickets or towing fees you may incur for violating parking restrictions or parking in the incorrect assigned stall or garage. Smoking - No smoking is allowed in the property or on the property premises including all common areas such as balconies and outside property grounds. Violation of this policy will result in an automatic $400 fine plus damage and cleaning costs and or possible eviction without refund. Hot Tubs - All private hot tubs are serviced and maintained regularly. Guest use of hot tubs or any other common facilities is at their own risk. Property owner and/or managers cannot guarantee the operational use against maintenance shut downs, over-use or mechanical failure. Such maintenance is unavoidable and is to protect the health of users. Guests are to adhere to posted pool and hot tub rules and regulations. Housekeeping - Cleaning occurs before arrival, no additional cleaning is provided during your stay. Additional cleaning services may be available on request. Misrepresented Information - Reservations created with false information will be immediately cancelled and any payment will be forfeited - no entry to the premises will be allowed. Garbage - Each complex or property has a garbage area. It is the responsibility of the guest to remove garbage upon departure. To protect wildlife in Whistler please do not leave garbage outside. Disclaimer - All properties are privately-owned and are equipped according to the individual owner’s taste and requirements. Groups need to make sure inventory stays in the property. A restocking charge will be deducted from the security deposit if items have been removed from the properties. Privacy - The Owner, their booking contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation.
