What is the Turn In Your Ticket promotion?

This promotion allows guests who purchase and use a lift ticket on or after March 3, 2020 to subtract the price of that ticket from the full price of a 2020.2021 Season Pass or EDGE Card.


Who is eligible for this promotion?

Anyone who did not have a Season Pass or EDGE Card during the 2019.2020 season and purchased and skied on a paid lift ticket on or after March 3, 2020 is eligible for this promotion.


What if I had a pass in 2019.2020, do I still qualify?

As long as you did not have a Season Pass or EDGE Card during the 2019.2020 season, yes, you qualify for this promotion.


How do I redeem this offer?

You can redeem at any Guest Services location at Whistler Blackcomb or by calling the Reservations Centre at 1-800-766-0449.


If I purchased more than one lift ticket do I get a rebate for the price of multiple days?

No. You will only receive a credit for the cost of one day of their lift ticket purchase.


What if I already paid $49 down for my 2020.2021 pass but want to take advantage of the promotion?

You would need to pay the remainder of the balance now, in order to qualify for a credit towards the 2020/2021 pass.  You can do so by calling a season pass expert at 1-800-766-0449 or by visiting a resort ticket window before that resort is closed.


What if I purchased and used a lift ticket after March 3, 2020 and have already purchased a 2020.21 season pass?

You may be eligible for a credit towards the 2020.2021 pass or card purchase. You can request this credit by calling the Reservations Centre at 1-800-766-0449 or by visiting any Whistler Blackcomb Guest Services location.
