Get ready for your close-up!
Employee Services staff will make sure you get that sought-after staff pass (& photo taken asap). And don’t forget to dress for success; ES Staff then make sure you’re ready for your first day by distributing uniforms.

Home Sweet Home!
The team at Staff Housing play a big part in the Whistler Adventure. Staff coming to Whistler for the first time are accommodated on a first come, first serve basis. The House team does everything from improving facilities to organizing events for all employees.

Better recognize!
Our Employee Recognition Coordinators are good friends to have. Planning staff events, awards ceremonies and maintaining Whistler’s best employee perks program makes these folks the ultimate party planners!

Here for you! Last but not least, our Employee Experience Officers are your resource for resolving employee issues, First Season Orientation and training through our Learning Curve courses.

Meet a few of our people:

Joel Chevalier-Director of Employee Experience
“I’ve worked for a bunch of good companies in my time and I would say that there are a few primary differences that set WB apart as one of the greatest places to work. It’s not about the ski pass or the discounts, it’s the culture. There is an aura of energy in all of our Employees. Whether you’re here for a few months or are in your 38th year it is clear that our people are passionate about working and playing in the mountains. The bonus is that you get to work with people that share the same passion.”

Karen Bauckham-Manager of Recruiting

Jobs held at WB: Recruiting Manager
