All together now...O, Canada! July 1 is the national day of Canada, a holiday across the country. Whistler celebrates all day long with outdoor festivities - get ready to kick up your heels, Canadian-style and remember to pack your favourite red and white outfit for the day. Festivities include: a Canada Day parade through the Village Stroll, a Canada Day ceremony in Whistler Olympic Plaza followed by a special activities throughout the day. Don't miss out on an extra special celebration this year for Canada's 150th birthday.


Celebrate like a Canadian
Canada Day is a national holiday that lands on July 1 every year with street parties in towns across Canada. Whistler is no exception, with everyone turning out to celebrate with free concerts, crafts, a parade through the Village Stroll and cake. Everyone is welcome!
Canada Day on Whistler Mountain
Meet at the bottom of the Whistler Village Gondola July 1st at 12:30 pm and the 1st 150 guests will receive a free 1 day Whistler Blackcomb sightseeing lift ticket. The sightseeing ticket will provide lift access to the Canada 150 celebration in the Glacier Room in the Roundhouse. Learn More

Fathers of Confederation Tribute Dinner
Join us July 1st, for the Fathers of Confederation Tribute Dinner, a garden longtable celebration on the grounds of the Whistler Golf Club. This fundraising event for the Whistler Blackcomb Foundation will start with a Moët & Chandon Champagne reception followed by an outdoor feast featuring a Canadian Confederation era inspired menu paired with wine.
