Cancellation & Refund Policies

PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES


Our goal at Whistler Heli-Skiing is to exceed our guest expectations, but sometimes there are circumstances that are beyond our control.

NEW for 2020.21 - Book Worry Free. Bookings made by Dec 1st, 2020 a $245 deposit per group will be taken at time of booking. Remainder of balance will be charged to the credit card provided 30 days prior to your scheduled fly day.
All bookings made on or after Dec 2nd, 2020, full payment will be taken at time of booking.


Cancellation Policy:

  • If we do not fly, we will do our best to reschedule your ski day based on availability or you can choose to get a full refund.
  • If you cancel prior to 14 days of the ski date you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel within 14 days and at least 48 hours before your ski date 50% of your booking will be refunded.
  • If you cancel within 48 hours of the ski date no refund will be issued. We will keep 100% of the payment..
  • Please note this applies if you as the guest cancels only. If Whistler Heli-Skiing cancels the day due to weather considerations or Covid-19 implications, a full refund will be issued.
COVID-19:

  • If your group cannot travel due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, WHS will provide a full refund.
  • If your group cannot travel or participate due to a COVID-19 illness, WHS will provide a full refund. WHS may ask for a doctor’s note outlining the illness in this case.
