PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES
Our goal at Whistler Heli-Skiing is to exceed our guest expectations, but sometimes there are circumstances that are beyond our control.
Our cancellation policy on our Regular Heli Bookings is the following:
- If we do not fly, you will receive a full refund. We will do our best to reschedule your ski day based on availability.
- Date changes are allowed with no penalty prior to 10 am the day before you’re scheduled to fly.
- If you cancel after 10 am the morning before your fly day you will be charged a cancellation fee of $200/person plus applicable taxes.
- If you cancel on the morning of your intended fly day, there will be no refunds.
- If we cancel during the ski day, you will be refunded based on the amount of runs skied.
- If you cannot complete all of runs due to injury, illness, or ability there will be no refund.
Our cancellation policy on Private Heli Bookings is the following:
- WHS takes full payment at time of booking a private.
- If you cancel prior to 14 days of the ski date you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel within 14 days of the ski date 50% of your booking will be refunded.
- If you cancel within 48hrs of ski date no refund will be issued. We will take 100% of the payment.
- Please note that this applies if you or the guest cancels only.
- If Whistler Heli-Skiing cancels the ski day due to weather considerations, a full refund will be issued.
*Please Note: Whistler Heli-Skiing reserves the right to modify its refund policy at any time. Masks are still required to be worn in the helicopter at all times.
