First Tracks opening December 16, 2022

New for Winter 2022/23

Get an early gondola upload and the first turns of the day. This program will now include a $17 CAD one-time voucher to be used at any time throughout the day with light refreshments available at the top. Please note, the voucher is valid at any Whistler Blackcomb Food & Beverage location until April 2, 2023.

Don’t discard your voucher once it’s scanned at the bottom, as it is also your $17 CAD one-time mountain dining voucher!

Snow in the forecast? Buy in advance at Guest Services and jump straight in line! Make sure to have your lift ticket/season pass ready for upload.

  • Access is limited up to the first 600 in-line with a valid first tracks voucher. Numbers are dictated by weather conditions.
  • Don’t discard your voucher once it’s scanned at the bottom, as it is also your $17 CAD one-time mountain dining voucher!
  • Listen for the "runs are open" call when you're in the Roundhouse Lodge.
  • Do not ski/ride all the way back to the bottom of the mountain.
  • Emerald Express and Big Red Express will be the usual lifts open to you at the top of the mountain.
  • Upload the Whistler Village gondola from 7:30am to 8:00am.
Rise & Shine

Whistler Village Gondola Ride: Load the gondola between 7:30am and 8:00am to the Roundhouse Lodge.

Fuel Up

Total cost of the First Tracks experience is $28, and includes a $17 CAD one-time voucher to be used at any time throughout the day with light refreshments available at the top. Pika’s, the downstairs section of the Roundhouse will be open for breakfast with hot breakfast items available as well as packaged goods and grab and go items. The cappuccino bar will also be open for espresso-based beverages and fresh pastries.
Savour The Views: Nothing beats an alpine sunrise over a cup of freshly brewed coffee.

Fresh Start

Fresh Powder or Perfectly Groomed Corduroy: Be the first to put tracks on the slopes.
More Laps, More Fun: Get more out of your day with a few cheeky laps before everyone else has access.
Time It Right: An early start means early lunch before the crowds, and getting your favourite table at après.

These tickets are NOT date specific, and are valid for any day First Tracks is offered. First Tracks accepts the first 600 guests on a first come basis. If you do not make this, your ticket will be valid for the remainder of the season. First Tracks tickets DO NOT include lift access and are non-refundable.
