WHISTLER BLACKCOMB LIFT TICKET FAQ'S

The Turn In Your Ticket program allows guests who bought a lift ticket during the 2019.20 ski season at any North American Owned & Operated resort to apply the amount they paid for a single day’s ticket, up to $150, as a credit towards the cost of a 2020.21 Season Pass. Discount refers to the amount saved by online advance-purchase versus ticket window pricing. Discounts vary by dates and the advanced lift ticket product purchased - discount applies to a lift ticket product ranging from 1 day to 7 days, purchased online, a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival, for skiing within the following dates: 03/09/20 through 03/29/20. Limit one (1) discount offer per ticket package purchased. Offered to individuals 18 and older at participating U.S. and Canada Vail Resorts only; offer may vary by location. Offer cannot be transferred, assigned, resold, used on prior purchases, or combined with any other coupon, discount or promotional offer. Buy your lift tickets online or call 1-888-403-4727 and get the lowest price guarantee! Purchase tickets 7 days or more in advance for the biggest savings. Purchase tickets up to 11:00pm PST the night before you ski and still save money off the regular ticket window price.

Tickets purchased 14+ days in advance of arrival will be mailed to you.

If booking your lift ticket within 14 days of your trip, your EpicDay Card can be picked up at one of the EpicDay Express locations. Please bring a picture ID and the credit card used to make the purchase to the window. Having your booking confirmation available will also speed up the process.

Keep your EpicDay card and add more days by selecting your dates and adding to your cart. Login to your profile and during checkout, select "Have a Card". Choose your card from the drop-down menu or enter your card number manually. Your lift ticket(s) is now automatically loaded onto your existing EpicDay card and you can head straight to the lift.

Children aged 0-6 can access the mountains on us! Ticket purchase is not available online. There are two ways to accomplish this depending on your needs:

  1. Tot Lift Tickets - Visit any ticket window to collect a $0 lift ticket to access the mountains. Documentation of the child's age is required.
  2. WB Tot Season Pass - Avoid visiting the ticket window every time you child needs mountain access this season with a Tot Season Pass. Purchase at Guest Services for a $21 administration fee. Documentation of the child's age, a release of liability waiver and pass photo is required.
  • Completely unused tickets are fully refundable with no fee.
  • Partially used tickets may be eligible for a refund – days used will be charged at the walk-up rate with any difference being refunded.
  • In case of injury or illness, tickets may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • For a refund, please visit a Guest Relations office or call 1800.766.0449 (refunds via phone can only be processed to a credit card).
This product is best for anyone that does not already have an unlimited Season’s Pass and is interested in skiing or riding up to 10 days between April 20th – May 25th.
No, the Spring 10-Day Pack does not come with any discounts.
In the Winter Lift Ticket booking engine, select your first day on the slopes as April 20, 2020 (even if you don’t plan to use that day). Then increase your number of ski/ride days to 10 and update results. You’ll now see pricing for Epic 10 Day Lift Tickets valid 10 of 30 days.
Your Spring 10-Day Pack can be used any 10 days from April 20 - May 25, 2020. You do not need to use 10 consecutive days in a row. Any unused days expire when the mountain closes on May 25, 2020.
Load your Spring 10-Day Pack to your Edge or Epic card online.
When you’re ready to purchase your Spring 10-Day Pack, use the reload ticket option and enter the ticket number located at the bottom of your media card to head directly to lift!

What if I don’t have an Epic card to reload online?
Once you’ve purchased your Spring 10-Day Pack, please visit a Guest Relations location to collect your pass, sign a waiver and take a photo. Guest Relations opening hours are here.
Multiple 10-Day Spring Packs can be purchased for an individual guest. Please note, passes are non-transferable.

  • Purchase less than 14 days in advance and go to the Express Lift Ticket Pickup location.
