Lesson Description
WEEKENDS, SATURDAY OR SUNDAY CLUBS, AGES 9-18
Our highly certified and experienced coaches will continue to develop your child’s technical skills while showing them all the best terrain on the mountain. The All Mountain Experience - steeps, bumps, powder, trees, and park & pipe are all part of the game plan. We will only be offering Saturday and Sunday only programming for MAP.
Taking the next step after meeting your club coach in the Valley or Creekside is morning sign in at the Roundhouse Lodge, new lift riding privileges, being responsible for your lunch choices are a few of the new things you have worked towards since club! We want you to continue to challenge your riding in a safe environment with coaches that will help you with your goals for the season and keep you motivated all day long!
Requirements: Must be at least 9 years old as of Dec 31st 2019 and have completed at least one season of level 6 club.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
- Please make sure you have your child’s season pass prior to the first day
- Please make sure you have filled out the Vail Liability waiver or the pass will not be active. Once the Liability Waiver has been completed please email to wbreservations@vailresorts.com
- When booking, ensure that the email address attached to your child’s profile is up to date, before the start of the program this email address will be added to a newsletter mailing list that will provide weekly updates including information for the first day.
- Bring all of your properly fitted ski/board equipment—boots, skis/board helmet & goggles. Make sure children haven’t outgrown their equipment over the summer before the first day! Please ensure skis/board are waxed, tuned and the bindings have been reviewed recently.
- Waterproof ski/snow suit and waterproof gloves or mitts.
- Dressed appropriately for the weather/temperature. Dressing children in layers is always recommended. Thermal long underwear & proper socks are essential for your child’s comfort. Thin balaclavas are also great for fitting under the helmet and protecting your child’s face & neck in the cold.
- Whistles are recommended for all of our club programs, they should be attached top of the jacket to be easily accessible.
- Hand and toe warmers are a great idea for cold days.
- Get a good night sleep
- Eat a healthy breakfast
- Drink plenty of water to ensure you are hydrated
- Don't forget the sunscreen
- It's always a good idea to stretch and warm-up
Program Details - MAP
- Children must turn 9 before Dec 31st 2019
- Must have completed at least 1 season in level 6 club or other round house club program (or equivalent external program) to enrol.
- Saturday Club: Jan. 11 - April 11, 2020
- Sunday Club: Jan 12 - April 12, 2020
- DOES NOT include Holiday Camps
