The Perfect Vacation
We have dedicated Customer Care Supervisors available all hours of operation to assist you in the event that your vacation is not as promised.
Hotel Amenities: Where possible we'll contact you prior to travel when we learn of a change to a feature or amenity promised by your hotel. Upon arrival, if you find an amenity is not as described on our website--for example the pool is closed--contact us and we will find an alternative option to suit your needs.
Upgrades: If you arrive to find that your mountain view is of something different than what you booked, call us immediately, and we will work with the hotel to rectify the situation.
Overbooking: On the chance that the hotel experiences an overbooking, we will work directly with the hotel to get you a room in that hotel or a comparable one at no extra charge to you. Any upgrades, however, will be at your own expense.
Just a brief note to thank you for arranging our recent trip to Whistler. We enjoyed terrific weather and skiing and were very pleased with the Glen Eagles. You did recommend Glen Eagles and we appreciate your suggestion. We have been pleased with last year's stay at the Woods, and previous years accommodations at the Valhalla, but without question this year's accommodations at the Glen Eagles was our favorite. Thanks again for your assistance and especially your recommendation for accommodations.

I just wanted to email to let you know about the wonderful service I received today from Maria. Being in Perth, Western Australia, I was desperately trying to book accommodation, lift passes and equipment hire through your site to get the Early Bird prices.
For some reason my computer wouldn’t recognize the lift passes or rental being added to my cart, so I had to book accommodation separately and then email for help buying the rest.
Maria gave me a number to call but being at work, I couldn’t ring, so she helped me over emails by answering all my stupid questions, and adding the lift passes and rental to my itinerary so I could secure the early bird prices.
Having worked in customer service for years myself, I know how annoying it is dealing with pain-in-the-butt customers and all the silly questions they ask too. I’m sure I was doing that to Maria, but she answered all my questions and went out of her way to help me, and I’m so grateful for her help, advice and support in getting my itinerary sorted stress free.

I just wanted to write you a quick note in praise of your employee Isabella. I had mistakenly booked the wrong property for my stay at Whistler - I didn't realize that the booking agent I had previously spoken to had updated my itinerary with a new location instead of sending me a second itinerary with a unique number. Isabella worked with me to change the reservation, and when I learned the price had risen on my chosen property since receiving my quote, she called the property company and tried to get me the best rate she could. In the end, she gave me solid advice and helped me make a decision for my stay that I'm comfortable with.
Isabella did some work to make what was potentially a negative service experience into a very positive one. She should be commended for that: a gold star, raise, or free drinks; whatever your highest level of achievement warrants.
