We have dedicated Customer Care Supervisors available all hours of operation to assist you in the event that your vacation is not as promised.
Hotel Amenities: Where possible we'll contact you prior to travel when we learn of a change to a feature or amenity promised by your hotel. Upon arrival, if you find an amenity is not as described on our website--for example the pool is closed--contact us and we will find an alternative option to suit your needs.
Upgrades: If you arrive to find that your mountain view is of something different than what you booked, call us immediately, and we will work with the hotel to rectify the situation.
Overbooking: On the chance that the hotel experiences an overbooking, we will work directly with the hotel to get you a room in that hotel or a comparable one at no extra charge to you. Any upgrades, however, will be at your own expense.

March 5th of this year, I booked ski rentals for my daughter only to find out that my stepmom had already paid for rentals for her for the duration of her visit with her grandparents. I had called you back and you graciously refunded the amount of the rentals; it was not only done quickly - it was done the same day the rentals were charged to my Visa. And it was my understanding at the time that sales were final and getting a refund was not an obligation on your part (or your manager's part) at all.
I just wanted to let you know that I really appreciated your kindness in providing the refund and going the extra mile when ultimately my call was a waste of service time given I ordered something and then asked for a return. You were so kind and demonstrated such excellent customer service. I am sorry I did not send this email earlier; I did not forget however, and I will be sure to recommend the service you offer to others should I bump into someone travelling your way.

I would sincerely like to thank you for forwarding my message along to TJ regarding Delta's policy regarding Aeroplan points. TJ was able to discuss with Delta and he convinced them to have our stay made eligible for Aeroplan points.
We will continue to use Whistler Blackcomb reservations for future stays at Whistler. We have always found you to be very customer focused and very responsive to our requests throughout our reservation process. This time you've even resolved an issue following our stay!!!
We will be back next year for a ski week! We will be cautious about which resort we stay at and ensure it's eligible for Aeroplan points by booking through Whistler. Thanks again to both you & TJ.
