Canoeing the River of Golden Dreams with Canadian Wilderness Adventures is a Whistler summertime classic. Explore the unique water ecosystem of the mountains from the beautiful lakes that you float across. Flowing with the current, use the strokes our guides taught you to navigate the winding river and steer through narrow passages. SQUAMISH LIL'WAT CULTURAL CENTRE , opens in a new window
The Squamish and Lil’wat Nations built their Cultural Centre to house and showcase their art, history and culture. Join them for an hourly guided tour with a First Nations Ambassadors that includes a welcome song, captivating film and fun craft activity takeaway. Learn the meaning behind legends, carvings, art, songs and ceremonies. Experience the centre and have fun trying on some traditional regalia, play a drum, and discovering our interactive exhibits. Visit the Gallery and Gift Shop and enjoy lunch in the Thunderbird Café.

The Upper Village Market stroll hosts this event every Sunday and Wednesday from June to October. Featuring local produce, cooking demos by local chefs and more. Plus, live music and face painting make this fun for the whole family.
