WHISTLER KIDS & TEENS PASS PROGRAMS

• Club Alpine will not run for the 2026.27 season. If you are looking for an alternative, please check out our Mountain Adventure Program. 
• Mountain Adventure Program for ages 13-18 will be available for levels 4+ (previously levels 6+). Kids aged 9-12 must be level 6+. 
• Single weekend day Skier Development Program will only be available to return kids or new kids with a coach recommendation and will be level 5 minimum.
  • We will include a form for SDP registration in the email on May 21st.  
• There will be no full weekend Skier Development Program. 
• Single weekend day All Mountain Development Program will be available to return guests only.
  • We will include a form for single day AMDP registration in the email on May 21st. Full weekend AMDP will be available to book online.
• To help maintain appropriate group sizes and deliver the best possible guest experience during our busiest periods, our 15‑day Lesson Passes (adult and child/teen), as well as discounted Club Add-On lessons will have select date restrictions for the 2026/27 season. Lessons will not be available from December 26th-30th, 2026, and February 13th-17th, 2027, including Adventure Camp beginning on December 28th, 2026, and February 15th, 2027. The Unlimited Adult Lesson Pass will have no date restrictions.

• In order to provide a more seamless experience for your family, we have changed how Club Passes are shown in your purchase. This season, the Club Pass will appear as a separate line at checkout, rather than being bundled into the program price as in previous years. 
• While the Club Pass will now appear separately, the overall cost of our seasonal programs has been adjusted, so your total remains the same as if the pass was included. 
• Showing the Club Pass separately will ensure Food and Beverage discounts apply automatically at our Whistler Blackcomb F&B locations, without any extra steps (such as obtaining stickers) for families. 
• A pass will still be required for all season long programs, and the Club Pass will appear as a separate add-on to any child/teen program at checkout.
  • For children aged 3-4, you will not see a pass add-on. We will add a complimentary 4 and under Epic Pass for your child when we process your payment. This pass also comes with Epic Mountain Rewards. 
  • For children aged 5-6, the WB Club Pass will be available at checkout for $20 +tax. 
  • For children aged 7-18, the WB Club Pass will be available at checkout for $173 plus tax. 
• The Club Pass will not include any Bring a Friend Tickets, which is in line with our regular Child and Teen WB Unlimited Passes. 
• If you would prefer to purchase an Epic Pass for your child aged 5+, you may choose not to include the Club Pass in your purchase, and to separately purchase an Epic Pass instead. 
• If you are an employee, you may choose not to include the Club Pass in your purchase and load an Employee Dependent Pass for your child instead. 

• At Creekside (ski only) the drop off location is the same for kids ages 3-12 years.
• At Blackcomb the drop off for kids ages 3-4 years (ski only) is at Blackcomb Kids and for ages 5-12 years (ski & ride) the drop off is at Base 2.

To be eligible for participation in our seasonal programs, all participants must meet the minimum skill requirements as defined for each program at the start of the program.

In addition, all participants are required to have valid lift access (lift ticket or season pass) as well as ski or snowboard equipment, including a helmet if required, by the start of the program. Seasonal programs for kids aged 3 to 18 years will no longer include a Whistler Blackcomb Club Pass automatically at checkout. • For Freeride Club, participants must have participated in the program before or been referred by their coach. New participants for Freeride Club aged 9-11 must have completed a full season of level 6 Club/Skier Development Program.
• For All Mountain Academy, participants must have participated in the program previously or have completed one of the following: All Mountain Development Program, Mountain Adventure Program, Freeride Club, Whistler Mountain Ski Club, or the Whistler Freestyle Club.
• For Skier Development Program, participants must have participated in Skier Development Program in the 2025.26 season or have been recommended by their coach.
• For Whistler Valley Snowboard Club, participants must have participated in Whistler Valley Snowboard Club in the 2025.26 season or have been approved by a Whistler Valley Snowboard Club coach.

Seasonal programs for kids aged 3 to 18 years will no longer include a Whistler Blackcomb Club Pass automatically at checkout. Please refer to the “Are there any changes to programs for the 2026.27 season?” question above for more details.

For adults aged 19 and over, or children under 19 who may prefer a different Pass type, you do not have to purchase a Season Pass at the time of program purchase, but we highly encourage you to do so to lock in the best Season Pass rate and benefits. There is no Pass add-on for any of our adult programming.

• Seasonal Programs cancelled prior to October 1st will be issued a full refund. 
• Seasonal Programs cancelled on or after October 1st will be charged the Cancellation Fee. 
• For Seasonal Programs, the Cancellation Fee is 50% of the cost of the program 
• Programs are non-transferable, and refunds will not be offered once the program starts. 
• Please Note: If you are purchasing two programs to ensure you have a weekend spot while you wait to finalize other sport/activity schedules, you will need to confirm your program day by September 15th, 2026, at the latest. Cancellation of your second program day after September 15th will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Many of our Seasonal Programs are offered at a discounted rate to active winter or year-round employees.

• Employees can register in-person, online or over the phone. Employee orders will be discounted (if applicable) and charged in-line with guest orders within 2 weeks of registration.
• Employees who register online should checkout as a regular guest and immediately complete this form to flag their order as an employee order and to avoid being charged the full rate to their credit card.
• In the Fall and prior to the start of the program, all employees will be verified as active for the 2026-27 season. Any additional follow up with non-active employees will occur at that time to collect the remaining balance on the order.
