I just had a very lovely conversation with Amar, and he did such a fantastic job for me.
First of all he saved me some money, I spent the morning scouring 10 other websites, trying to find the best possible deal, while not cheeping out too much, and it gets difficult after a while because there are sooo many different hotels available and so many options available, and I had come across some numbers and I thought I did a pretty good job.  But then I thought before I book, I’ll give a call in.

So I got Amar and not only did he find me a great deal, but OUTSTANDING customer service.
I worked at MasterCard in the call center for 5 years, spending my last year training people to work on the phone, so I know what it’s like to be call rep.
And there’s nothing better than having a customer who wants to make a commendation based on a phone call, so I would like to take that time today.
And say that he just did a fantastic job, he got me great deals in a nice timely fashion, got everything that I needed, he listened to what I needed, there was never any misunderstandings or anything at all, just a nice good phone call. So I’m quite pleased and I’d like to commend him.

Somebody better be buying him a coffee or whatever he likes today. I just wanted to make sure he was being recognized for the great customer service and clearly doing his job very well!

I just wanted to write you a quick note in praise of your employee Isabella. I had mistakenly booked the wrong property for my stay at Whistler - I didn't realize that the booking agent I had previously spoken to had updated my itinerary with a new location instead of sending me a second itinerary with a unique number. Isabella worked with me to change the reservation, and when I learned the price had risen on my chosen property since receiving my quote, she called the property company and tried to get me the best rate she could. In the end, she gave me solid advice and helped me make a decision for my stay that I'm comfortable with.

Isabella did some work to make what was potentially a negative service experience into a very positive one. She should be commended for that: a gold star, raise, or free drinks; whatever your highest level of achievement warrants.
