I would like to send a short note of appreciation for Vicky, who recently helped me with a last minute booking for ski/snowboard lessons for my family of 4. Vicky was very patient with me over a 30+ minute phone conversation as I was trying to arrange 4 separate ski/snowboard lessons on the same day (09/Apr). One of the booking has zero availability and although I was very surprised that your systems did not have a "waitlist" feature, Vicky took the extra step to put calendar reminders for herself to check and re-check for possible last minute cancellations. As she was booking the ski/snowboard lessons for the other 3 people in my party, luck would have it that a cancellation freed up ... which made it possible for all 4 of us to take lessons on that same day!
