Thanks to Kerry's input, I went from a vague notion of what I had in mind to a concrete plan for a two week family vacation at Whistler. We are now back in Iceland after 10 wonderful days in Whistler. Everything went according to plan, No problems at all, Transport vancouver / whistler was perfect, on time , enought space for all our luggage and equipment ( we had a bit more on the way back ). Lift ticket pickup was eays at the ticket booth, Hotel accommodation were good. One again thanks for a terrific job. We hope to get to ski in Whistler again

I just wanted to write you a quick note in praise of your employee Isabella. I had mistakenly booked the wrong property for my stay at Whistler - I didn't realize that the booking agent I had previously spoken to had updated my itinerary with a new location instead of sending me a second itinerary with a unique number. Isabella worked with me to change the reservation, and when I learned the price had risen on my chosen property since receiving my quote, she called the property company and tried to get me the best rate she could. In the end, she gave me solid advice and helped me make a decision for my stay that I'm comfortable with.

Isabella did some work to make what was potentially a negative service experience into a very positive one. She should be commended for that: a gold star, raise, or free drinks; whatever your highest level of achievement warrants.
