Winter

LIFT TICKETS
  • Completely unused tickets are fully refundable with no fee.
  • Partially used tickets may be eligible for a refund – days used will be charged at the walk-up rate with any difference being refunded.
  • In case of injury or illness, tickets may be eligible for a full or partial refund with proof of medical documentation.
  • For a refund, please visit a Guest Relations office or call 1800.766.0449 (refunds via phone can only be processed to a credit card).

SNOW SCHOOL - Daily, Camps + Courses

Outside 48 Hours:
  • No fee
  • Never Ever: No refunds (we can change name until 48 hours prior, but no refunds or payment changes
Within 48 Hours:
  • No fee to transfer to another day.
  • Payment is taken 2 days prior to lesson start date.
  • No fee to refund to a gift card.
  • $25 fee (group lessons) or $50 fee (private) to return to credit card - refunds must be processed to the credit card from the initial purchase.
  • Lesson Pass holders: no fee to cancel
  • CSIA: no refunds - exceptions must be approved by a program supervisor
Day of lesson:
  • No refunds or transfers - exceptions must be approved by a program supervisor
  • Medical exceptions allowed
  •              Option 1: reschedule the lesson for another day with no fee
  •              Option 2: return to gift card with $25 fee (group lessons) or $50 fee (privates)
  • Lesson Pass holders: $25 fee for no shows (to be authorized by a program Supervisor only)
  • Extremely Canadian: day of returns must be approved by the Extremely Canadian office
  • Whistler Blackcomb reserves the right to cancel Activities anytime for safety concerns due to snow and surface conditions and weather. Medical reasons may be an exemption.
After start of lesson/camp:
  • No refunds once lesson/camp has started – exceptions may be made for medical emergencies.

OLYMPIAN PRIVATE LESSONS
  • Outside 2 Weeks: 100% refund
  • Inside 2 Weeks: 50% refund
  • Within 48 Hours: 0% refund

RENTALS
  • Outside 72 hours - eligible for refund less $25 fee
  • Inside 72 hours to 24 hours - eligible for refund to a gift card less $25 fee OR refund back to credit card less $75 fee. (must be same cc card as purchase)
  • Inside 24 hours - NO REFUNDS (medical reasons may be an exception)

PASSES AND CARDS

Season Passes and Edge Cards are not refundable and cannot be transferred to another person or to another season.

LODGING

BEAR VIEWING TOURS

  • A confirmed tour can only be cancelled 48 hours prior to the tour
  • Within 48 hours but at least the day before we can offer a refund if we’re able to fill their spots with other guests
  • Cancellations on the day of the tour will be no refund
  • A refund will be offered in the event that the tour did not proceed due to uncontrollable circumstances
