SPEND THE AFTERNOON AT:

WHISTLER MOUNTAIN BIKE PARK

Chase thrills at the Whistler Mountain Bike Park, home to over 1,500 meters (4,900 vertical feet) of lift-serviced, gravity-fed trails. From adrenaline-pumping descents to routes for every skill level, it’s the ultimate ride for all.

  • For Beginners: Start your day at Fitzsimmons Skills Centre. Small berms, wooden features and rollers introduce riders to the obstacles found on intermediate trails.
  • For Intermediate: Start your day on our Intermediate Skills Centre. A series of drops and wooden features enable novice and intermediate riders to progress their confidence on technical obstacles. Find the pump track here.
  • For a Challenge: Tackle our Gatorade Skills Park or Joyride Jump Park. Medium size jumps and drop features to practice your freeride skills.

SUMMER ALPINE EXPERIENCE

Discover a new perspective on summer with the Summer Alpine Experience, inviting you deeper into the beauty of Whistler’s high country. Board the PEAK 2 PEAK Gondola and take a scenic sightseeing journey above the treeline, where sweeping vistas await. For those seeking something truly unforgettable, venture across the Cloudraker Skybridge—a thrilling walkway suspended high above the mountains—before ascending to the Raven’s Eye, where panoramic views from Whistler Peak stretch as far as the eye can see.Take a hike and explore trails that wind through volcanic landscapes surrounded by jaw-dropping vistas, ancient glaciers, alpine lakes and wildflower-filled slopes. With 50km + of trails to explore, there is something for everyone

  • For Beginners: The first portion of the Ascent Trails meanders between ski runs up to Base 2 of Blackcomb as a mellow start to the adventure. (Length: 0.8km (0.5mi); 30 minutes)
  • For Intermediate: This second section of the Ascent Trails climbs to Blackcomb Gondola Midstation. From here, ticket options allow you to transfer to our lift system for upload or download. (Length:2.2km (1.4mi); 75 minutes)
  • For a Challenge: If your legs are able to continue, the last section of trail ascends to the Rendezvous Lodge on Blackcomb through impressive old growth forest and treats you to spectacular views close to the summit.(Length: 3.1km (1.9mi); 1 hour 45 minutes)
