Once ready to descend groups will start with our easiest green trail Easy Does It and will progress to more technical trails when the whole group is comfortable and ready. Number of runs will depend on the speed and stamina of each group.
What clothing should I bring?
Please dress appropriately for the weather/temperature. Shorts and T-shirt are fine with a sweater or light pants/track pants/tights for cooler days. We recommend long shorts and no tank tops. Closed toes shoes are required, no sandals or flip flops. You may bring a back pack with water and snacks if you would like but we will stop for water breaks at the top and bottom of each run.
