Put your skills to the test on Wednesday evenings with our ever-popular race series. Complete with an awesome aprés at the Garibaldi Lift Company and tonnes of prizing from Bike Park sponsors, Phat Wednesdays rock.
KIDS 7-15, DOWNHILL RACE SERIES
Phat Kidz
This is a fun beginner style race on Green and blue trails, a perfect intro to downhill racing. DFX coaches will be available to escort your child to the top of the course, provide some advice and cheer racers on.
The Pump Track Challenge will test rider’s ability to find their flow. Riders will be timed on 1 full loop of the track with the goal of earning the title of Pump Track Champion.

Featuring a vertical drop of 5020ft (1530m) the final course will be announced in the days prior to the event and will include Top of the World finishing at Dusty's. With over $1500 in cash money for the fastest males and females, this is an event not to be missed as yet another great season of Bike Park comes to a close.

New for 2019 Whistler Blackcomb will be kicking off the opening weekend of the Bike Park with an old school Dual Slalom brought to you by SRAM. Race your friends head to head through berms, flat turns, rollers and more in a one-off course at the base of Whistler, followed by Awards & Apres at the GLC. The only way to ride it is to race it!

This year’s Downhill BC Premier Series will launch at the Whistler Bike Park on June 23, 2019. Join BC’s best riders to race for points throughout the series, in the hopes of being crowned the BC Premier DH Series overall winner.
